Operation

Inoperation,theAdderLinkAVmodulesaredesignedtobeastransparent-high

quality video and audio signals from the source PC system are distributed to the

various display units and control signals are similarly routed back to the system.

Indicators

All AdderLink AV modules are equipped with two indicators to conﬁrm

operation and, if necessary, assist with quick troubleshooting of potential

problems.

The indicators are located on one of the end panels, near to the LINK port and

operate as follows:

• GREEN When lit, indicates the presence of a video input into the module.

• REDIndicatesthefollowingstates:

• Slow ﬂash (once every second) AV204T and AV208T only - module

is in upgrade mode

• Continually lit - module is operating normally with its serial ports

enabled.
